I’ve always said that once you find a buyer and accept an offer, that’s when the work of the agency really starts. Your agent needs to keep close to your buyer, monitor the progress of the chain (your solicitor can’t do this) and feed back to you any issues as they arise.

Nikki did this job better than I have ever experienced. we had an elderly buyer with a large chain. Nikki was very close to our buyer talking her through all the issues on a daily basis. she was able to allay any worries in a timely manner. In fact, we had more queries and questions delivered via Nikki than through her solicitor. This is testament to the trust placed in her by our buyer.

In summary I cannot praise Nikki enough, she was supremely professional from our first telephone call to the day of completion.
