Where others in the chain had multiple people to deal with at their estate agents, causing delays and frustrations, Nikki was hands on and available to us at all times. All our challenges became her challenges, and Nikki went above and beyond to make the whole experience run more smoothly. She even helped us negotiate our onwards purchase and offered her knowledge and expertise whenever we were confused about the next steps. She chased tardy solicitors and communicated with other estate agents in the chain. She was professional at all times and made us feel like we were in safe hands.
