Nikki made our whole house buying process so much easier, in a fun and friendly yet super professional manner! We were first time buyers so had lots of knowledge gaps – which Nikki kindly filled in for us along the way. She was extremely responsive (with replies to calls/emails usually straight away), would speak to us early or late which was great with working 9-5 and was fantastic over our viewing period. We went to view our now home twice before putting the offer in and Nikki really made time to make things as easy as possible for us (our second viewing was even on a bank holiday!). Highly recommended, 10/10 service and we even got a cute plant from her when we moved in which was a lovely touch. If you’re looking to buy or sell in her area, Nikki is the lady to go to!
