My home had been on the market for over a year with another agent when Nikki approached me to take over the sale. Before I knew it my home was clutter free and staged like a showhome and the listing she produced on Rightmove was amazing! It even had a video tour which neither of the previous agents had produced. I had 4 viewings on the first day which Nikki handled and on that same night at 8pm (a Saturday) it was under offer! Unfortunately those buyers pulled out and undeterred, she pulled in another full weekend of viewings followed by competitive bidding and a sale agreed at an even higher offer. Nikki went on to handle the nitty gritty of the sale with very little input from me and I would recommend her in a heartbeat.
