The quality & reassurance Nikki provided was exceptional – we never had to chase for updates, or were left wondering where things were at in the process – as she proactively contacted us at every stage. We unfortunately withdrew our property from sale before completion for personal reasons, but would have no hesitation in using Nikki again in future.
